Meet Nick Nanakos

Nick comes from generational food entrepreneurs and has been immersed in the restaurant industry since the age of 5. His grandfather immigrated from Greece with $40 in his pocket and a dream to become a resturant entrepreneur - and so he did.
His entire immediate and extended family would follow suit, opening several successful Greek restaurants throughout the New York region named “Tzatziki”.
“I observed the crazy high cost of time and capital with traditional brick and mortar. I knew it could be done better.” said Nick. After developing an obsession around restaurant unit economics, Nick launched ZIKI with a new expansion model in mind.
